Love letter

It appears this cute little mouse from Whipper Snapper is getting ready to send off a love note.   As you can see, I had some heart paper to use for my background, die cut the surrounding frame for my image, and used my old red Sizzix to cut out the individual letters, and, voila, ready to be sent off to that most special someone!

Winter smiles

This is an irresistably cute snowman from the Digi Stamp Boutique (taken over by Lili of the Valley now), along with a great sentiment.   I've colored with prisma pencils, and added the holly corners and the gift package, thinking that the cute image itself is the main attraction.   Hope everyone's Christmas was enjoyably happy!

Christmas joy

What great joy to remember that Jesus is the reason for the season, and not all the chaos that stresses many out before and during the holidays.   This beautiful digital comes from the Whimsy store, which I've colored in prisma pencils and gamsol, and added glitter to the halo.  The corners are done with a holly die cut, and I added the pearls to them.  The joy is also a die cut, as is the scalloped frame around the image.  The three spots are candi-dots, attached with foam tape for dimension.  Wishing you all a most blessed Christmas!

A beary cute hello

This adorable bear originally came from the DigiStamp Boutique, then was taken over by Lili of the Valley.   I've colored with prisma pencils, stamped in the "hello", the pink stripes on the left is washi tape, and then the two corners were done with a hand punch.  Cute card, for someone that likes "pink and girly".

Hug in a mug

I just discovered this photo is a bit blurry, but since the card's already gone off to Bring Smiles to Seniors, I can't try again.   This sweet gingerbread gal is enjoying a cup of cocoa (with marshmallows, as you can see).   I've colored with prismas and added a doily behind my die cuts.  The sentiment is also a die cut, and I added the little green gem to dot the "i".   I kept with the simple kraft background, to match the gingerbread and keep the main focus on the Bugaboo image.
I've entered these challenges:

Double Trouble - recipe (3 die cuts, 2 colors, 1 image) + kitchen item (mug, doily, marshmallows, cookie - take your pick) + soft and pastel

Skating fun

This sweet little skater comes from CC Designs, which I've die cut to achieve a lacy effect.   A couple glittery foam sticker trees added and this makes up into a simply cute card.
Wishing we'd be seeing more children getting outdoors these days and enjoying the beauty of the season, rather than sitting indoors, glued to their "devices".

Snowmen love snow

This cheery little snowman comes from Bugaboo, and appears to be waving at anyone passing by.   I've framed him in (almost appears like he's in a snow globe), added some sparkle, and the sentiment is a die cut, while the added snowflakes were done with a hand punch.  This card (along with others) was donated to Bring Smiles to Seniors, who are always looking to expand and serve even more seniors - just click on the site and find out how you can become a part of this growing charity.
