Acorn love

A bit of chill in the air, and the time for squirrels to be gathering their acorns and nuts for their winter pantry.  Don't you wonder if they ever find them all again, after they bury them away!
This cutie comes from Bugaboo, which I've colored with prismas.   I computer generated the sentiment, added the acorn embellishment and tucked a leaf behind for a fall effect.

Glorious leaves!

Yay, autumn, the time of year that children enjoy piling up the fallen leaves and jumping in them.  This sweet little gal from The Paper Shelter is sure enjoying herself.   I've added some leaf brads around my image, candi-dots at the top, felt leaf ribbon along the bottom, and a gold doily under my framed image.   Enjoy the season!

Brooms away . . .

What can I say - this pretty little Penny Black stamp is just too darned cute to spook!   I found the bat at WalMart, and adhered him with foam tape for a 3-D look, and then hot-glued the felt pumpkin to complete this Halloween card.   Happy haunting out there.

Stinkin' cute !!

This adorable critter comes from a Dare 2 B Artzy stamp set, making it pretty versatile.   I've used stitched, solid and scalloped die cuts to frame my image, and added matching blue hearts to complete this cute card.  This card will be one of many, donated to Bring Smiles to Seniors, which you can click on to find out more about how YOU can contribute to this heartwarming cause, too.

Zebra line-up

I've had this little Art Impressions zebra for a while now, but finally broke it out of its package for the first time and this is what I came up with.  The top and bottom black and red heart rows were done with a border punch - and, you'll see that I was even able to use some of the punched out hearts between my zebras.   The "with love" sentiment is washi tape.  Thanks for coming in to view my happy zebras.

Aw, sad bunny

This Bugaboo bunny sure appears to be heartbroken, but then, guess we all experience distress over missing friends, for one reason or another.   The flower and 3-D butterfly I had in my stash, and figured it set off the card, without detracting from the bunny.

Witchy delight . . .

Well, you must agree with me that this Ching-Chou Kuik digital is just too cute to spook.  I've colored her with prismas/gamsol, then surrounded her with the usual Halloween embellishments -- bats, spider, crows, ghost -- and, some cobweb ribbon along the bottom, with gauze placed behind the image.   Some spooky background cardstock and a bit of layering, and voila, this card is ready for sharing.
