Isn't this an adorable Sherri Baldy image from My Besties? Cute portrayal of Dorothy, Toto, and the Tin(in this case, "Woman"). A bit of coloring here, so not much leeway in embellishments -- added the flowers, leaves and the upper corners are candi-dots. I've entered the following challenges:
