This adorable guy, sporting his top hat with holly and a warm scarf, comes from the Digi Stamp Boutique. I've used a snowflake embossing folder for the background, and added the sequined snowflakes, attaching them with a small center brad. Glittery snowflake ribbon along the bottom, completes my card.
