Birthday fun

It's already the third week in March, which means it's time once again for the next "Love To Scrap" challenge, which is the all-popular theme of "anything goes".   It just doesn't get any easier than that, so show us your creativity, for a chance at one of three fabulous prizes, sponsored by Bugaboo Digi Stamps, Pickled Potpourri and The East Wind.   I've used one of the many adorable images in my Bugaboo digital file here, which is called "mouse - big balloon".   I wanted to do a masculine birthday card, so chose this color combo, which I think does the trick.  The star cascade is a diecut, the extra stars are from a punch, the words and balloons are diecuts and I've raised the balloons with foam to give them the 3-D appearance.  A bit of twine attached to the floating balloons and there you have it.  Please - come join in on the fun!
