Seeing as my previous posted card was for our son and DIL, after losing their 11-yr old dog last week, I had to be sure our granddaughter got a card of her own, also. Since she's 20 months old, I kept the embellishments flat and simple -- the paw prints at the bottom are done with a border punch and the row of bones is actually washi tape (amazing designs they have available these days). The hearts were punched out and glued down. I've used my favorite technique once again, which is prisma coloring cute images - hardly a card leaves my crafting table without involving coloring! And, by the way, they did go to a nearby rescue and adopted a new puppy, so now Abbi and her new friend, Pierce, can grow together.
I would like to enter these challenges:
Delicious Doodles - all creatures great and small
Penny Black and More - AG w/a stamp
Penny Black Saturday- favorite technique and why
The Paper Girls - washi tape
The Paper Shelter - punches and dies
Such a cute doggy card Lillian. The bones washi tape and paws border look fantastic and compliment your card beautifully.
