Penny Black has some of THE cutest images, and this new snowman is no exception -- I just had to gift myself with him, and also bought the coordinating die-cut. This was a simple design to color up, and then the die cut him out perfectly. Not to detract from his cuteness, I kept the design simple with just background paper and the strip of washi tape. Hope everyone is staying warm in this frigid winter we're having.
