This cutie-pie comes from Di's Digi Designs, which I've colored with prisma pencils and gamsol. I love using this lacy framed die set, and that's drywall tape behind the image, along with a strip of ribbon. Enamel dots are at the upper corners, the felt cupcake I had in my stash, and I added the sentiment and topped the card with a bow, finishing it off nicely.
