Isn't this little miss from My Besties adorably sweet! I've chosen multi-colors, and they're on the pastel side, so you may have to click to get a close-up to catch more detail. I used a heart corner rounder punch for her frame, tucked a couple doilies behind, added the foliage, flower and butterfly on top, then finished it off with a fence and upper corners.
