Happy New Year, and I know everyone is wishing for a much better year than the one we just closed out. I was invited to be a guest designer for January for Digi Doodle Studios, and the theme this month is "anything goes". I figured we all want winter behind us, and spring is a much happier time to be thinking about. So, I chose Camellia Clover from their digital shop to color up. I've used prisma pencils and gamsol, adding stardust stickles to her flower extravaganza. I added faux stitching to my lacy die cut frame, and the corners are die cuts, with gems added to the centers. I added a couple die cut butterflies, with enamel dots for their bodies, and then the glitzy bow put the finishing touch to it. Thanks so much for coming in to view my card, and I hope it leaves you with a touch of happy!
I've entered these challenges:
Ching-Chou Kuik - happy, happy
Die-Cut Divas - frame it
Digi Doodle Studios - AG
Double Trouble - cuddle up
Simon Says Stamp - sparkle and shine
That image is so cute and the papers you selected are very pretty. Thanks for sharing with us at Double Trouble :)
