Time for a bit of diversion from winter, and beginning to think of spring, so I chose my new stamp put out by Penny Black, but a design of Mo Manning. I colored with prisma pencils and die cut the frame, as well as the sentiment and the foliage. I added the heart to the "O" in love, the layered flowers and bow to complete my card creation. The color came out blue here, but truly, it's a dark teal, go figure.
