Happy birthday to The Paper Shelter, who is celebrating their 10th year, and of course, this is one of their cute digitals. I've colored with prisma pencils, adding glitz to the flowers. I had this fantastic background paper, then added the die cut balloons and sentiment to it, and I had a couple 3D gift boxes that I added to the ones already on the paper.
