If you haven't already recognized this image, it's from the Bugaboo digital store. I just love the bunny peeking out of the basket, as well as the one at her feet. The bunnies at the upper corner are ribbon, and the bottom one is a wood cutout. I added the pink flowers with a brad center, and then two enamel dots at the top, and this card is complete and ready to mail off.
