This stamp is from CC Designs, which I've colored with prisma pencils. I've used a filigree die cut behind my added flowers and pearls, and a lacy doily behind my framed image. The hearts were added with a hand punch to coordinate with my colors. And, of course, her wand wouldn't be magical without some stardust stickles added to it!
