After the rain . . .

Everyone knows that you need to look for the rainbow after the rain, just as Lulu does from the Digi Stamp Boutique.   I had the perfect multi-colored paper in my stash for this background.  The grass along the bottom is washi tape, and the clouds are die cuts that I sponged blue ink around the edges, as well as Lulu's surrounding frame.  The computer is computer generated.
