This delightful fairy comes from Ching-Chou Kuik, and I chose to work with one of my favorite color combinations - pink and green. She's been colored with prisma and regular colored pencils, and of course, fairy wings have to have magical sparkle to them, so stardust stickles was applied. I tucked a couple doilies behind, ran some lace with ribbon through it, that matched the bow, then finished off with some pearls and a couple butterflies. Once again, I chose pretty flowered background paper and covered most of it up -- why, oh why, do we tend to stress about it, and then only get subtle peeks of it - LOL.
I've entered these challenges:
Allsorts - fairies, fantasy, magical
Ching-Chou Kuik - butterflies/insects
Crafter's Cafe - lace
Crafty Sentiments Designs - AG
Creations in Pink - AG with lots of pink
Creative Knockouts - favorite color combo
Cute n Crafty - AG
Digi Choosday - AG
She's gorgeous and loving the design!
