Pull over please

This handsome police officer comes from The Paper Shelter, which I've colored with prismas in the traditional blue of most states.   I added faux stitching around the oval die cut, and then it was just a matter of layering and hand punching the corners.  Kept the design simple, since guys don't appreciate all the frilly stuff!
