Thinking of you

This little cutie is a Polka Dot Pal from the Little Miss Muffet shop.   She's been colored with prismas, framed with oval layers and the other embellishments just took over from there.   The foliage border (behind the flowers) is a die cut, ribbon added along the bottom, the shamrock is a button with the shank cut off, and then a couple butterflies and the bow tops it off.
