Hat off to you

This happy snowman comes from Lili of the Valley, which I've colored with prismas.   I've attached silver-edged ribbon along the bottom, then topped the edges with gems.  I had the snowflakes in my stash, and they were handy to have the hole in the center, so I could attach them with tiny brad centers.  It must be cold out, since even the snowman has a hat, scarf and mittens!
