Garden planter

It appears that Tilda has chosen the very best tulip to add to her flower garden.   I enjoyed coloring her with prismas/gamsol, then putting the card design together.  The three spots on the edge of my yellow dotted swiss paper are candi-dots, which I don't see a lot of crafters using, but I find that they ease the bulk of mailing, rather than using brads.  Hopefully, this card will cheer someone's day.
I have entered these challenges:

Catch the Bug - 3 layers, scallops and hot pink
Crafty Sentiments Designs - AG
Magnolia-licious - AG/add lace
Midweek Magnolias - pretty in pink
Pammie's Inky Pinkies - circles
Simply Magnolia - summer
