Cute in blue

This Whimsy girl is adorable and feminine, so I continued with the feminine touch, by using a fancy die cut for framing, along with an intricate corner die cut - and added a little gem to those.  I've added some flowers and leaves, along with the strip along the bottom with more gems added.  Thanks for coming in to view this pretty girl.
