He's been colored with prismas and the added bats were made from a punch and given a bit of dimension and then foam-mounted. The trick or treat sentiments happens to be ribbon from my stash. I believe the monster background paper came from a scrapbooking resale that my SIL and I hit it lucky on a great deal. Hoping everyone has a safe Halloween, with only treats and no tricks!
