What's up

I have a weakness for cute bears, so this one from Lili of the Valley was a must-have for me.  He's been colored with prismas, and I must say, I love how the balloons turned out.  I kept the embellishments to a minimum and flat, so it wouldn't cost extra postage in mailing, nor would it get damaged along the way.  The happy birthday sentiment was done with a die cut.
