Can we celebrate

This Whimsy girl is darling in her ballerina outfit and is ready to share in birthday delights.  I've colored her with prisma pencils, the cupcake border was done with a diecut and I've added a couple gems to the tops (almost like a cherry atop!).   The birthday cake in the center of the flowers is a brad.
