Cupcake overload

This girl is Penny from Di's Digi Designs and she appears to have plenty of sweet treats to share.   I've colored her with prisma pencils, layered a couple doilies behind,  added a couple flowers, balloons that I've embossed to give them a bit more texture and tied twine onto, and then some glitzy ribbon along the bottom with cupcake ribbon on top of that.  The heart is a foamy I had in my stash, and the sentiment is from a sticker sheet.
