Stocking surprise

Hot dog, what a great surprise to find a nice, juicy bone in his Christmas stocking!!   This pup is a Penny Black wooden, rubber stamp and he's one of my more favorites.   This card will be headed to the SAS4Kids children's charity, so I kept the design on the simpler side, so there's no danger of little embellishments falling or being picked off and swallowed.   The image has been colored with prisma pencils, and the strip along the bottom is washi tape (wonderful stuff and goes on so nice and flat) with a foam star added.

    This is the kind of card that is fabulous. It's an adorable image and it makes me smile, which is what Christmas cards should do...make us happy to get them! The washi tape and star are fabulous and I commend you for not adding more of this and that to this card...I know how hard it is!!! This little dog is colored beautifully and the layout is perfect.
