Birthday treat

I think Elisabeth Bell's images are some of the cutest around, and here is one that I thought would be perfect for a birthday card.   I've colored her in prisma pencils, then layered behind her with dies.   The foliage in the flowers is also a diecut.  I've added the flowers and bubble gems, and the pretty background paper has done the rest, along with the layering.
