Tropical holiday

This PennyBlack kitty looks as if he's all set to join the luau !!    Golly, I got this stamp way back when, and it's still one of my favorites.   The striped border along the bottom is washi tape (lately I've been trying to talk myself into using MORE tape, as I've got a stockpile going on - and why not, it's so handy and easy to use!!) and the flowers I've used here were gifted to me by Beth, a dear friend in LA, and I'm betting this card will be headed her way some time in the near future.   A few gems added under the image and some enamel dots to both ends of the washi tape and I think this creation is on its way.
