Happy 4th

Wishing you all a happy and safe 4th of July !!!  This little gal from Mo Manning is in the spirit of the holiday, enjoying a swirled ice cream cone in summer bliss.  Can hardly tell that I used a strip of red/white/blue washi tape, connecting the blue and red starry papers.  The 3-D stars are some sequins that I found in a party favor package and the flourishes are a diecut that I decided to cut out in red, white and blue and just pool them together, making them appear a bit like fireworks.  Thank you for coming in to view my card creation - and again, Happy 4th !!
