Light the candles

This HouseMouse stamp has always been one of my favorites for a masculine birthday - can't help but smile (or even laugh) at their antics.   I kept the embellishments to a minimum, since I wanted it for a guy - sigh, I know, they're just not as much fun as the girly, frilly ones now, are they!!  I settled for brads, washi tape and a couple candles.

    I was going to say what my favorite thing was, but there are so many things! I do agree this card works very well for a masculine birthday. I really love the vibrant colors and I love how the image layer is offset from the red. Really nice effect. Something I will definitely try if I can get over my scrappy OCD!!

    You have inspired me to dig in my HOM stamp boxes. Have tons and never used them.
