Birthday balloons

Penny Black has some of the cutest stamps/images to color up and since I have a weakness for teddy bears anyhow, well, what can I say . . . this one was a "must have" and I like how he turned out.

    They do indeed Lillian, but you could say I am a little biased. But it's a gorgeous card in nice bright happy colours.
