Balloon smiles

This happy girl is Lucy Doris from Melonheadz Friends and I chose most little girls' favorite colors of pink and purple (along with a bit of green thrown in for some contrast).  The balloon actually had the words "be mine" on it, but I overlaid it with the dotted swiss paper instead.  The "spots" at the top and bottom edges are candi-dots (perfect for those times you forget you wanted to use brads) and the heart at the bottom was a punch, which I then embossed for some texture.
