Joyful penguins

Penguins seem to be getting popular in the image world, and I don't mind that at all, because there sure are a lot of adorable ones and this one by Whimsy is no exception.   Fun to color up, fun to design around.   In case you're thinking the "Noel" is ribbon at the bottom, it's not -- it's washi tape and so easy and economical to use.
I would like to enter into the following challenges:
