Birthday Tilda

I had to make a birthday card for this month, so chose this cute Tilda to color up, as well as fit into just a few challenges.   I won't name the recipient, as it hasn't gone out in the mail just yet, but hope she enjoys the card, once it arrives.
This will be entered into these challenges:

Tilda's Town - fussy & fancy or clean & layered
