Balloons for you

This is one of my simpler cards, short on embellishments, to detract a child from picking off gems or buttons or things that can be swallowed.   I think it's still a sweet, happy card and of course, it's PINK, so should be a hit with the girls . . . I will enter this card into these challenges:

Glitter 'n Sparkle (add glitter and sparkle)
Loves Rubber Stamps (anything goes w/stripes)
Wags 'n Whiskers (birthday card)
Send a Smile 4 Kids (clean and simple)
