Splish splash

Today is my second debut at being a guest designer on the House Mouse challenge site.   Since this card just got posted, I can now show it to you all on my blog.   The theme is "splish splash" (anything to do with water), so hope you can join in.  It was certainly fitting this past week, as it rained EVERY day.  I will enter this into
