Ornament swinging

Every now and then, I like to change from the traditional green/red of Christmas to something a bit more adventurous - surprisingly enough, it does make for a cute card for a change of pace.  Looks like this cute elf by MoManning is enjoying herself and the holidays . . . she's "in the swing" of things!!

  1. I agree with you, Lillian, but it's not easy finding papers in the non-traditional colors! Love this! The snowflakes are adorable and the cute image is colored magnificently.

  11. This card is absolutely gorgeous in person....and it's sitting on MY table! I'm always inspired to try and color with pencils after seeing Lillian's art work. You've got a knack for these pencils, Lillian, and I haven't been able to master it. Your eye for color and balance on all your cards is phenomenol...I love them so much. This is such a large image and you did something that really sets it off...outlining him with purple paper. I adore the non-traditional colors at Christmas and this pink and purple are perfect together. Beautiful card and I'm happy that it found it's way to my house! Thanks you, Lillian!! XXOO, Gail
