Checking out the tulips

Made this card to add to Gail's "welcome packet" when she came to visit me ALL the way from Arizona this past week.  She was thrilled to see some tulips in bloom.  This card is also being entered into the Challenge #2 - flower theme on the Scrapalicious site . . .

    I think this is one of my favorite images. Every time I see this Tilda I think "I see you, do you see me?" Love the colors and the border at the bottom -- your coloring looks wonderful!!
